Arbitrageur Database
This comprehensive mergers and acquisitions database is specifically tailored for the Comparable Market Transactions approach to mineral asset valuation.

The Arbitrageur database covers most commodities and includes all levels of project development, from early-stage exploration through to producing mines.

All transactions are presented with brief overviews of the transaction, the asset and the implied value on a per unit basis (e.g. $/km2 or $/oz Au etc) in the currency of choice (e.g. AUD, USD, GPB etc). Furthermore, the data is presented in a format amenable to direct inclusion into an Independent Valuation.
Real Option Valuation Tools (in development)
This programme allows the valuer to capture some of the intangible value associated with project flexibility.

The question based programme guides the user through the Real Options Valuation (“ROV”) valuation approach in a user friendly format that helps demystify this powerful yet poorly understood valuation technique.
Modern Asset Pricing Tools (in development)
This web based software programme accesses AR’s technical database to stochastically model commodity forward prices.

The stochastically modelled forward prices, in conjunction with fixed price contracts, can be used to determine the minimum technical value of a development or production stage project and to validate the assumptions used in a static discounted cash flow analysis.
