Jon is a geologist with experience in exploration, resource definition, mining and project management gained from his work with Western Australian mining and prominent consulting companies.
In his prior roles, Jon was involved in independent technical reviews, audits and valuations of Australian and international mineral assets. Jon specialises in the field of mineral asset valuations and is proficient in the use of complex valuation techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation, Modern Asset Pricing, Real Options Analysis, Expected Values and Certainty equivalents.
Jon is currently co-authoring a paper with Associate Professor Pietro Guj (Western Australian School of Mines) on the application of geostatistical techniques in quantifying sovereign risk discounts.

Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy
Russel is a geologist with approximately 20 years experience in the minerals industry gained through working with several mining companies in Western Australia. Russell specialises in new mine start ups, having been involved with the commencement of operations at the Cosmos and Sinclair Nickel Projects and the Jundee gold mine.
Russell is currently undertaking a Master of Science in Mineral Economics through the Curtin University of Technology (Western Australian School of Mines).
