This web based software programme accesses AR’s technical database to stochastically model commodity forward prices. The stochastically modelled forward prices, in conjunction with fixed price contracts, can be used to determine the minimum technical value of a development or production stage project and to validate the assumptions used in a static discounted cash flow analysis. |
